You will recommend financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to partners, with cross-training to perform teller duties when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of client sales and service experience, strong communication skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of client sales and service experience preferred.
• Proven ability to source and prospect for new clients and build relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to partners.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by offering banking products and services.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and support branch operations.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes.
