Qualifications

• 4 years of sales and customer service experience in a banking environment or equivalent preferred.
• Signing Authority preferred.
• Proven success in building client relationships and meeting banking sales goals.
• Knowledge of small business deposit and lending products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service aligning with Fremont Bank standards.
• Promote and expand client relationships using needs assessment tools.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts for business clients.
• Meet sales and referral objectives and refer clients to business partners as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and daily branch operations with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activities; review performance with management.
