Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to execute traditional consumer banking tasks and drive sales at our Summerville market locations.

You will manage leads, process customer transactions, and convert interactions into qualified referrals while upholding FNB policies and values. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, plus the ability to work at multiple local branches, including overnight travel for onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of related banking experience preferred.
• Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales through leads, outbound calls, greeting customers, and identifying needs.
• Recommend banking products and services for cross-sell.
• Achieve weekly sales goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Handle routine branch operations and teller tasks as needed.
