Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Supports team sales process by consulting and referring to internal specialists.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Leads sales initiatives within the branch as an expert resource.
• Delivers professional client service and uncovers client needs.
