Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to expand and manage client relationships, providing financial solutions through consultative conversations. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed, and contributing to branch sales targets by offering products and services.

The successful candidate will engage clients, refer complex needs to specialists, and maintain compliance with internal controls and risk policies while delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; weekends/overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provides industry leading client service and expands client relationships.
• Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets.
• Supports team sales process by referring more complex needs to internal specialists.
• Engages clients with courteous conversation while conducting transactions.
