Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service and develop client relationships.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed and support branch sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch and serve as an expert resource.
• Maintain knowledge of sales techniques and product offerings through trainings.
