Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker to deliver an industry-leading client service experience and grow existing client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to partners for additional business growth. You may be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and 4 years of client sales and service experience, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Process routine client maintenance requests and resolve problems with deposits and services.
• Sell products and services to meet client service targets and grow relationships.
• Support team sales by referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Engage with clients professionally to identify needs during transactions.
