Job summary

East West Bank seeks a Sr. Relationship Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and consumer clients. You will assess financial needs, present solutions, and cross-sell products while leveraging digital tools to enhance the client experience.

You will excel at building long-term relationships, meeting sales goals, and guiding clients through complex banking services, including loans and treasury management, in a high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred in the stated role.
• Experience: 2+ years in customer service, teller, sales and MLO in banking/finance.
• Series 6 and 63 investment and life insurance licenses.
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals across multiple product areas.
• Source and develop loans including HELOC, residential and commercial loans.
• Comply with annual renewals and all MLO regulations and understand rates and financing.
• Maintain knowledge of bank loan products and qualifications.
• Assist customers with cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loans, and wires.
• Mentor and coach employees to reach sales and service goals.
• Use digital resources to optimize clients’ digital banking experience.
• Influence and connect customers to technology and educate them.
