East West Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Banker in Houston to manage and grow client relationships, assess financial needs, and promote a broad range of banking products. You will leverage technology and provide exemplary service across channels.

You will build advisory relationships, meet quarterly targets, and guide customers through complex financial solutions with a client-first approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales experience and MLO experience in banking/financial services.
• Series 6 and 63 investment licenses.
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency in sales and service including prospecting and networking.
• Familiarity with branch technology and mobile/online banking.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals across C&I, CRE, SBA, mortgage, and deposits.
• Source and develop loans including HELOC, Residential, and Commercial loans.
• Comply with annual renewals and all MLO regulations; understand rates and financing.
• Maintain knowledge of loan products and qualifications.
• Assist customers with cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan/credit card payments, wires, and foreign exchange.
• Mentor and coach employees to achieve sales and service goals for the branch.
• Engage with team and other lines of business to offer appropriate products.
• Use digital resources to optimize clients’ digital banking experience.
