Job summary

East West Bank seeks a Relationship Banker in San Diego, CA to deliver high-touch, tech-enabled banking experiences. You will build lasting client relationships, assess financial needs, and tailor solutions across deposits, loans, and digital services.

You will collaborate with teammates to meet quarterly sales goals, promote HELOC, residential and commercial loans, and guide customers through online and mobile banking platforms. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years customer service, teller, sales experience; MLO experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of branch operations
• Consultative relationship sales with proven client acquisition
• Proficient with online/mobile banking platforms

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals across C&I, CRE, SBA, mortgage, deposits, and wealth products
• Source and develop loans including HELOC, residential and commercial loans
• MLO role: comply with renewals and regulations for mortgage lending
• Educate customers on digital banking, online/mobile platforms, and self-service portals
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and qualifications; assist with deposits and transfers
