Job summary

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets through consultative conversations, referring complex needs to internal specialists, and participating in leadership routines. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days; NMLS background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings to improve sales techniques.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients with courteous service and assist with teller duties when needed.
