Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cross-selling experience.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Acts as a champion for clients and colleagues, providing exemplary service and promoting suitable CNB solutions.
• Service client transactions and uphold branch operational integrity per policy.
• Fully handle new accounts processes, including maintenance, service requests, and risk management.
• Profile clients during the new account process and identify cross-sell opportunities for CNB products.
• Collaborate with sales partners to build and maintain client relationships and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
