Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with existing clients for day-to-day operational needs while maintaining bank credit quality standards.
• Leverage knowledge of bank products to identify opportunities for growth and cross-sell services.
• Cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and refer clients to appropriate internal teams.
• Develop and apply a disciplined business development plan to retain and expand relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
