Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to contribute to branch sales, deliver best-in-class service, and support operational integrity of the branch. You will develop new client relationships, cross-sell CNB products, and collaborate with team members to meet branch and personal goals while representing the bank in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a banking environment.
• Minimum 3 years of basic computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be in good standing under Safe Act and registered with NMLS or eligible for registration under Safe Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary client service and support branch sales objectives.
• Assist clients with branch transactions and service requests.
• Complete RB Onboarding Workshops and apply learned materials.
• Ensure operational integrity of the branch per bank policy.
• Profile clients during the new account process and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop relationship plans with prospects and existing clients to meet business/personal objectives.
• Manage a client portfolio and expand relationships within targeted segments.
• Represent the Bank in outside civic and community activities.
