Job summary

City National Bank in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Relationship Manager II to acquire small business and personal clients, deepen existing relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor aligning client needs with CNB's products. You will grow deposits, loans, and cross-sell opportunities while upholding risk controls.

You will manage a portfolio, collaborate with CNB teams, and network in the community to ensure exemplary service and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Must be registered/licensed under Safe Act or eligible for registration.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen client relationships; generate new business and consumer relationships.
• Manage a portfolio and cross-sell to existing clients within CNB's ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional, consistent client experience and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service opportunities and mitigate risk.
