Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Client Officer in the Los Angeles area to support the Client Manager in operations, client service, and internal sales. The role includes coaching staff, managing schedules, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while maintaining risk and regulatory compliance.

You will deliver all aspects of client service, assist with new accounts, and help grow client relationships across CNB product lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of basic computer experience (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAFE Act Registration. Must be in good standing under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and registered/licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry; or must be able to be registered under the Safe Act.

Responsibilities

• Service client transactions while upholding branch operational integrity.
• Coach and develop banking office sales/service colleagues; support risk management.
• Promote cross-selling and identify CNB product opportunities for clients.
• Provide regulatory and policy guidance to colleagues and ensure compliance.
• Handle new accounts processes, profiling clients and cross-selling CNB products.
