Job summary

VyStar Credit Union in Saint Augustine, FL, seeks a Senior Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member experiences both in person and by phone. You will identify member needs, educate on VyStar products, and grow consumer and business relationships with proactive discovery questions.

Requires 2-3 years in sales/customer service, a high school diploma, and a preference for an associate’s degree. Leadership experience a plus, with opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a sales and/or customer service position, preferably with a financial institution.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences with every interaction, in person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions effectively.
• Explain consumer and business deposit, loan, insurance, and investment options.
• Support branch initiatives, train newer staff, and maintain professionalism.
