Job summary

VyStar Credit Union is seeking a Senior Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding member experiences both in person and on the phone. You will identify member needs and present VyStar financial solutions, cross-selling where appropriate, while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves handling deposits, loans, and other services, with opportunities to mentor new staff and participate in Credit Union initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a sales and/or customer service position.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences with every interaction, in-person or on the phone.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell VyStar solutions.
• Explain VyStar value proposition and educate members on financial goals.
• Manage branch operations in absence of leadership and assist with accounts and loan processes.
