Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years using a learning management system (SAP SF Learning preferred).
• 3+ years developing training content in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with quality document management and audit evidence.

Responsibilities

• Administer training items in SuccessFactors Learning for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build and revise training content tied to quality procedures.
• Drive optimization, reporting accuracy, and LMS processes.
• Maintain training records and compliance reporting for audits.
• Support organizational change management related to training execution.
