Job summary

Altria Client Services is seeking a Senior Specialist Regulatory Quality Training & LMS to lead learning administration for manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with FDA/GxP standards. You'll manage SuccessFactors Learning, develop training content, and partner with SMEs while coordinating with a managed service provider.

The role requires hands-on LMS experience, quality training material development, strong analytics, and effective stakeholder communication in a hybrid work setting at our

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on LMS experience, especially SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• 3+ years developing training materials in regulated manufacturing (FDA, GxP, ISO).
• Presentation and facilitation skills; conduct trainings throughout the year.
• Knowledge of quality document management, training records, and audit evidence.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools and large data sets; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administering training items, curricula, classes, and assignments in SuccessFactors Learning for manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build, revise, and retire training content tied to quality procedures.
• Coordinate with managed services provider to execute initiatives.
• Drive optimization of training processes, assignment design, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage training impacts from organizational changes and headcount fluctuations.
• Maintain training records, completion tracking, and compliance reporting for audits.
• Produce and communicate compliance dashboards to leadership; escalate overdue training.
