Job summary

Altria Client Services LLC is seeking a Manager, Technology Delivery in Richmond, VA with a hybrid work schedule. You will lead the delivery, support, and evolution of enterprise laboratory and regulatory technology solutions, including vendor management and regulatory alignment.

You will direct contract resources and offshore teams, drive SDLC/CSV compliance, and partner with Regulatory Affairs and Lab Services to translate business needs into technological solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years leading technology projects and delivering results on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience running contract resources, consulting engagements, vendor partnerships, and SOW oversight.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs submission processes and laboratory operations, technologies, data and workflows.
• Experience with laboratory informatics platforms such as ELN, LIMS, CDS, SDMS and related system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and support of enterprise laboratory and regulatory technology solutions.
• Direct multiple initiatives and programs in the technology sector overseeing planning, risk management, and delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and SOW outputs to meet business objectives.
• Ensure alignment to SDLC, CSV, QMS, data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Lab Services, Quality, and Technology teams to translate business needs into solutions.
