This hybrid role sits on the Corporate Legal team and partners with Engineering, Product, Security, and GTM to embed compliance by design in the Data Intelligence Platform and related workflows. You will advise on EU US UK Australian and other regimes, support international expansion, supervise incident response playbooks, and mentor teams while working

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with active U.S. bar membership.
• At least 8 years in law firms or in-house roles focused on tech, data, or regulatory matters.
• Experience advising on global data, digital, and technology regulation (EU/US).

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal SME on global regulatory frameworks outside privacy and export controls.
• Lead regulatory roadmap, triage, and incident response playbooks.
• Embed regulatory compliance by design into the Data Intelligence Platform and workflows.
• Unblock major deals with Product/Commercial/GTM and draft fallback collateral.
• Act as regulatory contact on calls with highly regulated customers.
• Work with Corporate Operations to operationalize controls.
• Support international expansion navigating AI and data regulations.
• Provide proactive legal training and OKRs to scale regulatory processes.
• Build relationships across locations to ensure effective communication.
