Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to support small to medium customers, manage distribution, and engage large accounts across the region.

You will lead sales initiatives, define territories, and develop forecasts to deliver value through strong relationships. The role emphasizes providing technical solutions, coordinating with production and supply chain, and communicating across face-to-face and digital channels.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities.
• Maintain customer relationships and network within customer organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plan and data-driven decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies per goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
