Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at E5 or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share of market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network at various organizational levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals while considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
