Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to grow and manage a portfolio of small to mid-size customers while engaging large accounts.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, delivering technical solutions, and guiding cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, and operations. You will develop territories, analyze sales data, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to forecast demand and optimize value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S.-based position requires ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
