Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium-size customers and manage distribution within the market. You will work with large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels.

The role involves generating leads, defining sales territories, providing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through multiple communication channels, with regional and potential global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience equivalent to US E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across client organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value, aligned to marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies per business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
