Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest to grow distribution, manage key accounts, and deliver technical solutions across channels. You will generate leads, define sales territories, and coordinate with production and supply chain to forecast demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across the customer's organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering in volume and value; align with marketing and other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales plans and decisions on new product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
