Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest. You’ll generate leads, define territories, and deliver technical solutions across channels, building strong relationships with key influencers.

Responsibilities include forecasting, price strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and market insights to shape product opportunities. A seasoned, customer-focused sales professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience as above.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customers’ organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with functions to deliver CX results.
