Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to manage distribution, grow small to medium-sized accounts, and engage large accounts with technical solutions across channels.

The role emphasizes developing sales forecasts, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating across functions to achieve volume and value targets. Regional focus may vary and may involve global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with business goals.
