Job summary

NeighborWorks America is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of network organizations, building strong relationships with executive leadership, boards, and partners. You will guide organizations in using NeighborWorks services and resources to strengthen capacity and performance.

The role involves remote work with extensive travel, collaboration with regional leadership, and a focus on strategic thinking, nonprofit governance, and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; applicable experience considered in place of education.
• 5-7 years in community development, affordable housing, or nonprofit management for RM, 8+ years for Sr. RM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of network organizations and build relationships with executive leadership, boards, partners, and stakeholders.
• Guide NWOs in utilizing NeighborWorks services and resources, connecting to subject-matter experts.
• Use NW data, market analysis, and outcomes to support portfolio performance and capacity-building.
