I & MJ Gross Company Inc. seeks a Regional Manager to oversee several northeast Ohio apartment communities, directing operations, budgets, and vendor contracts while guiding property managers and maintenance teams to deliver quality housing and service.

You will conduct on-site visits, review occupancy and compliance, and provide data-driven insights to upper management for strategy, marketing, and site improvements. Strong leadership and long-term employment history are valued.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of mid to upper level management experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct operations of multiple northeast Ohio apartment communities.
• Collaborate with Property and Maintenance Managers to resolve resident issues and staffing needs.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and performance to meet financial targets.
• Solicit quotes and negotiate contracts with external vendors for major projects.
• Perform on-site property inspections and ensure administrative and maintenance tasks meet policies.
• Analyze occupancy trends and turnover to improve operations and compliance.
• Prepare summary reports for upper management and contribute to marketing and site improvement plans.
