Job summary

MMG in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will lead site teams, manage budgets and occupancy, and ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations.

You will collaborate with HR, Accounting, Compliance, and Maintenance to drive performance and support staff development, while maintaining strong relations with vendors and housing authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• Experience as a Regional Property Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting, plus team leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred.
