Job summary

Morgan Properties, LP in Ohio seeks a proactive Property Manager to oversee operations, leasing, and financial performance across apartments. You will lead a team to deliver a well-maintained community, achieve occupancy targets, and manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include team leadership, financial reporting, leasing, maintenance supervision, and ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience monitoring financial statements and capital projects.
• Professional certifications (ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage on-site personnel.
• Supervise staff, scheduling, and daily meetings.
• Meet financial targets by increasing revenue and controlling expenses.
• Prepare and submit accurate budget reports.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals.
• Oversee maintenance, work orders, and capital improvements.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract residents and drive traffic.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
