Job summary

Metropolitan Holdings seeks a seasoned Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury Class A multifamily communities across Ohio. You will develop strong Community Managers, drive financial and operational performance, and ensure an exceptional resident experience that aligns with the Metropolitan Holdings brand.

You will translate strategy into on-site execution, use analytics to improve occupancy, leasing velocity, retention, and revenue, and collaborate across divisions to scale the Property

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive multifamily property-management experience, including people and property performance.
• 3+ years of Regional Manager-level leadership experience.
• Luxury Class A multifamily operations and new-construction lease-ups experience.
• Ability to lead multiple communities across geographically dispersed markets.
• Strong financial acumen: budgets, forecasts, NOI, occupancy, expenses, and variance analysis.
• Proven sales, leasing, marketing, renewal, and resident-retention capabilities.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, multifamily CRM/lead-management platforms, BI dashboards.
• Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Analytical thinker with strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Ohio; valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and hold Community Managers accountable while building an engaged leadership bench.
• Actively manage revenue, expenses, NOI, occupancy, leasing velocity, conversion, delinquency, and retention metrics.
• Create a strong sales culture; oversee the leasing funnel, CRM discipline, pricing, and marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure every community reflects luxury Class A standards through service, communication, and curb appeal.
• Collaborate across departments to drive proportionate improvements and scalable operating standards.
