Gross Residential in Ohio is seeking an experienced apartment community manager with strong leadership and a positive attitude. You will supervise leasing, answer inquiries in person and over the phone, and promote client satisfaction through professional, service-oriented interactions.

The role combines leasing, customer service, and marketing duties to support our leasing office. Experience in apartment management is preferred, and we welcome Leasing Professionals and Assistant Property

Responsibilities

• Promote client satisfaction through a professionally managed leasing office.
• Solid organizational skills, planning and follow-up proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interview, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, reward & discipline staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work.
• Juggle multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
• Effectively set priorities to maintain efficient office operations.
• Computer literacy: property management software & Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of maintenance issues; develop close working relationship with maintenance and housekeeping personnel.
• All other duties as assigned.
