Job summary

HILLS Properties is seeking a dynamic Regional Property Manager to lead a Midwest portfolio of apartment communities (~1,400 units in Ohio and Indiana). The ideal candidate will be based out of Cincinnati, Ohio or Indianapolis, Indiana and serve as a field-based leader responsible for operations, leasing, and financial performance.

This full-time, salaried role requires weekend coverage as needed and a focus on resident experience, staff development, and strategic market positioning to maximize

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Five to seven years progressive property management experience including multi-site or district management.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations and financial performance to meet occupancy, revenue, and NOI targets.
• Drive resident satisfaction through proactive engagement and action on feedback.
• Develop and lead high-performing site teams in line with company values.
• Develop and execute competitive market strategies to maximize leasing performance and retention.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and on-site operations with portfolio support teams.
