Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant as part of its National Pharmacy Practice. This client-facing role acts as a pharmacy benefits SME, driving growth and retention through strategic advisory support and deep clinical insight.

The role may require up to 50% travel and emphasizes collaboration with market leaders, producers, and client management teams to deliver pharmacy solutions and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thought leadership for Employee Benefits at a regional level.
• Drives sales and revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and new client opportunities in the mid and large employer market space through RFP participation, onsite or video presentation and one on one consultation.
• Communicates strategic and tactical up-to-date pharmacy business initiatives and solutions to clients.
• Mentors and coaches Regional Pharmacy Consultants, sharing best practices and supporting professional development.
• Leads regional strategy development and serves as a key escalation point for complex pharmacy benefit challenges, ensuring client outcomes.
