HUB International is seeking a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to act as a strategic partner to Market Leaders, providing deep pharmacy expertise to drive client growth and retention. The role requires consultation with producers and client management teams and may involve up to 50% travel.

You will leverage pharmacy analytics and PBM tools to justify optimal solutions, train consultants, and lead regional strategy development within the National Pharmacy Practice.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required; PharmD strongly preferred.
• 8+ years experience in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry with 500+ employees
• Prior Employee Benefits brokerage experience required.
• 3+ years of advising in PBM marketplace with established PBM/vendor relationships
• Knowledge of current and emerging pharmacy solutions
• Proven ability to exceed expectations and achieve sales goals
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Responsabilités

• Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thought leadership for Employee Benefits regionally.
• Drives sales and revenue growth by expanding client relationships in mid to large employer market via RFPs and client meetings.
• Communicates strategic pharmacy initiatives to clients and translates impacts for employees.
• Trains HUB financial consultants, producers and account management on pharmacy findings and solutions.
• Provides pharmacy analyses using HUB analytics and PBM tools to justify the best solution.
• Delivers proactive pharmacy updates to staff and clients via webinars and seminars.
• Represents National Pharmacy Practice in key strategic initiatives.
• Partners with the team to develop and implement changes to improve client results.
• Mentors Regional Pharmacy Consultants and supports their development.
• Leads regional strategy development and escalation for complex PBM challenges.
