Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to act as a strategic partner to Market Leaders, Producers, and Client Management teams within the National Pharmacy Practice. The role emphasizes deep pharmacy space knowledge, client growth, and retention with travel up to 50%.

The position focuses on consultative support, detailed pharmacy analyses, and collaboration with HUB analytics and PBMs to optimize pharmacy solutions for designated large employers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy with large employer focus
• Pharmacy space expertise and clinical independence
• Experience with PBMs and pharmacy vendors and relationships

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacy thought leader for Employee Benefits regionally
• Drive sales and revenue growth with existing and new clients
• Present strategic pharmacy initiatives to clients and explain impacts to employees
• Mentor regional consultants and coordinate with HUB analytics tools
• Assist in developing and improving pharmacy solutions and services
