HUB International is seeking a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to act as a strategic partner to Market Leaders, providing deep pharmacy expertise and clinical independence to drive new client growth and retention. Travel up to 50% may be required and you will work with PBMs and vendors to deliver optimal pharmacy solutions.

You will mentor regional consultants, lead regional strategy development, and contribute to the growth of HUB's National Pharmacy Practice across large employer markets.

Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD required; PharmD strongly preferred.
• 8+ years experience in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry with 500+ employees focus.
• Prior Employee Benefits brokerage experience required.
• 3+ years of advising in PBM marketplace with established PBM/vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of current and emerging pharmacy solutions.
• Proven ability to exceed expectations and sales goals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thought leadership for Employee Benefits regionally.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding client relationships and new opportunities (RFPs, presentations, consultations).
• Communicate strategic pharmacy initiatives to clients and teams clearly.
• Train and develop HUB financial consultants, producers and account management staff on findings and solutions.
• Provide detailed pharmacy analyses using HUB analytics and PBM tools.
• Deliver proactive topical pharmacy communications via webinars and seminars.
• Represent National Pharmacy Practice in strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with the National Pharmacy Practice team as a SME.
• Support development and evolution of pharmacy solutions and services for client results.
• Mentor regional consultants and share best practices.
