Job summary

HUB International, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to serve as a strategic partner for Market Leaders and their teams. You will act as a pharmacy benefits subject matter expert, driving client growth and retention with deep clinical knowledge and independent judgment.

The role may require up to 50% travel and involves consultative support, analytics-driven recommendations, and collaboration with PBMs and vendors to optimize pharmacy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a strategic partner to Market Leaders and their Producer and Client Management teams.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and new client opportunities in the mid and large employer market space through RFPs, onsite or video presentations and consultations.
• Provide detailed pharmacy analyses using HUB analytics platforms and PBM tools to justify the chosen pharmacy solution.
• Mentor Regional Pharmacy Consultants and support professional development.
