Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to act as a strategic partner to Market Leaders, Producers, and Client Management teams within the National Pharmacy Practice. The role emphasizes expert pharmacy knowledge, consultative support, and growth through design of effective pharmacy solutions with potential travel up to 50%.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of industry experience, a PharmD (or BS with equivalent), and a proven ability to exceed sales goals while

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy with large employer focus.
PBM marketplace knowledge and established PBM/vendor relationships.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

Serve as Pharmacy thought leader and regional advisor for Employee Benefits.
Drive sales and revenue growth by expanding client relationships and opportunities in mid/large employer market.
Explain pharmacy initiatives and solutions to clients in actionable terms for strategies and workforce impact.
Mentor regional consultants and coordinate with account management and producers.
Lead regional strategy and escalate complex pharmacy benefit challenges to maintain client outcomes.
