Job summary

The Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant at HUB International will serve as a strategic partner to Market Leaders and their Producer and Client Management teams, bringing pharmacy benefits expertise to drive client growth and retention. This role requires deep knowledge of the pharmacy space and the ability to provide consultative support across designated strategic-size clients, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• 8+ years experience in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy industry with PBM relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thought leadership for Employee Benefits at a regional level.
• Drives sales and revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and new client opportunities in the mid and large employer market space.
• Communicates strategic and tactical pharmacy initiatives in a way clients understand the impacts to their strategy and employees.
• Partners with, trains and develops HUB financial consultants, producers and account management personnel.
• Provides detailed pharmacy analyses using HUB analytics and PBM tools to justify appropriate solutions.
• Provides proactive topical pharmacy communications to HUB staff and external clients via webinars and seminars.
• Represents the National Pharmacy Practice in strategic business initiatives.
• Contributes to the National Pharmacy Practice team as a collaborative partner.
• Assists in developing the Pharmacy practice and implements changes to improve client results.
• Mentors regional Pharmacy Consultants and supports their development.
• Leads regional strategy development and serves as escalation point for complex pharmacy benefit challenges.
