HUB International in Houston seeks a Senior Regional Pharmacy Consultant to partner with Market Leaders and manage consultative pharmacy strategy for large employers. You will drive growth, retention and clinical excellence across regional client accounts.

The role requires up to 50% travel, collaboration with PBMs and HUB analytics tools, and leadership of regional programs to deliver measurable client outcomes and value.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Employee Benefits and/or Pharmacy with 500+ employees served
• Experience with PBM marketplace and relationships with PBMs
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive client growth
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Responsabilidades

• Serves as a trusted advisor providing Pharmacy thought leadership for Employee Benefits at a regional level
• Drives sales and revenue growth by expanding current client relationships and new client opportunities in the mid and large employer market through RFPs, onsite or video presentations, and consultations
• Communicates strategic and tactical pharmacy initiatives to clients clearly
• Mentors Regional Pharmacy Consultants and partners with HUB financial consultants and account management teams
• Provides detailed pharmacy analyses using HUB analytics platform to justify chosen pharmacy solutions
• Leads regional strategy development and supports complex pharmacy benefit challenges to ensure client outcomes
