Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment operations, drive regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing leadership team across multiple sites in the U.S. You will translate strategy into scalable regional operations and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

You will scale processes, optimize performance, and ensure rigorous compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive fulfillment/healthcare/operations leadership across multi-site operations.
• Experience managing teams in regulated environments with strong controls, quality standards, and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state regulations and payer requirements.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leadership pipeline.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract pharmacy talent.
