Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment sites, driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the network. You will develop leaders, optimize performance, and implement standardized processes to improve safety, quality, and delivery.

This role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including responsibility for multi-site operations.
• Experience managing teams in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong quality standards and risk management.
• Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional operational strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness with applicable federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Establish and scale standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site-level execution.
• Define, monitor, and improve key operational metrics across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvement methodologies to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows.
• Oversee inventory management, workforce planning, and space utilization in partnership with site leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, retain, and develop pharmacy talent across the region.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, manage costs, and inform strategic decisions.
• Serve as an escalation point for significant site-level events, leading resolution and risk mitigation.
