Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site oversight.
• Proven success leading high-volume fulfillment operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing teams in regulated environments with strong risk controls and quality standards.
• Proven track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience using data to guide decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar analytics tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations and payer requirements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution.
• Define and monitor key metrics for safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen and other improvements to identify inefficiencies and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory management, staffing models, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze P&L and operational data to drive strategic decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level issues and risk mitigation.
• Establish audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
• Lead regional implementation of corporate initiatives and site launches.
