Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to drive regional operational excellence across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites in the US.

You will lead Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with Clinical, HR, Logistics, and other leaders, and scale processes to improve patient safety, quality, and delivery performance under strict regulatory standards. The role focuses on developing leaders, implementing standardized workflows, and optimizing cost, quality, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/pharmacy operations.
• Experience in regulated environments with strong risk management and quality controls.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage cross-functional teams across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data and P&L insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites within the region.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state pharmacy regulations, payers, and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and leaders across the region.
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources to improve site execution and consistency.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness metrics.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process-improvement methodologies to reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization with site leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to attract and develop pharmacy talent.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs to guide decisions and optimize costs.
• Serve as escalation point for site-level operational events and risk mitigation.
• Establish audit, quality assurance, and compliance review processes.
