Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead the regional pharmacy fulfillment network across multiple sites in the United States. This role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and leadership development to scale operations and improve patient outcomes.

You will oversee Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive performance metrics while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership, including multi-site oversight.
• Experience managing teams in regulated, compliance-driven environments with strong controls and risk management.
• Proven track record of developing leaders, managing diverse teams, and driving accountability across sites.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of operational data and P&L insights to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Looker and similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites.
• Drive regulatory compliance and readiness with federal/state regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and establish leadership pipelines.
• Establish standardized processes and tools to improve site-level execution and long-term performance.
• Monitor and improve safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other process improvements to eliminate waste.
