Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations to lead and optimize regional pharmacy fulfillment across multiple sites in the US.

You will build and mentor a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance with cross-functional partners across clinical, HR, logistics and operations. You will scale processes, implement Lean methodologies, manage inventory, and analyze P&L data to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• 5+ years in fulfillment, healthcare, pharmacy, or operations leadership with multi-site responsibility
• Experience in regulated environments with strong controls and risk management
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage diverse teams
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with use of data to drive decisions
• Experience using Excel, Tableau, Looker or similar tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills
• Experience improving efficiency, quality, and compliance in dynamic operations

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple pharmacy fulfillment sites
• Drive regulatory compliance and operational readiness with federal/state requirements
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers and future leaders
• Establish standardized processes, tools, and resources for site-level execution
• Monitor key metrics related to safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and other improvements to reduce waste
• Oversee inventory, staffing, and space utilization in collaboration with site leadership
• Collaborate with Recruiting and HR to build leadership talent
• Analyze P&L and operations data to inform decisions
• Act as escalation point for site-level incidents and risk mitigation
• Lead audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews
• Implement corporate initiatives across sites and ensure readiness
• Support new site launches and organizational transitions
